COMMISSIONER
Marzuki is an expert in Indonesian Capital Market. From 1988 to 1992, he was Commissioner of the Indonesian FSA and lead the rapid growth of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, later called the "Golden Era". And in 1993, he was appointed as Commissioner of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. And after that, he has served as several government director and contributed to the growth of Indonesia country.
Uesaka is a certified public accountant (Japan), an accounting and tax expert, and also professional of finance and real estate.
He started his career at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC, and then engaged in investment business in real estate funds and PE funds at Ichigo Inc. and Mizuho Capital Partners Co., Ltd. After joining the Shinoken Group in 2015, he engaged in M&A and business development and has served as President Director of Shinoken Asset Management Co., Ltd, Japanese REIT management company.
